M156 6.2L Naturally Aspirated V8 (early models, up to ~2011)
M157 5.5L BiTurbo V8 (from ~2012 onwards)
With horsepower ranging from 507hp to 577hp, 0–60 mph times dip well below 4 seconds in later models — thanks to the 4MATIC all-wheel-drive system in the S versions.
